The pool lacked supervision and cleanliness. it was overrun with unsupervised children and left in a filthy state. No towels were available, and the debris in the pool made it uninviting. Lastly, basic amenities like slip-resistant mats in the shower felt neglected and could be a hazard, especially for the elderly.
